Munday is from the corporate sector, having spent many years in banking and
IT. He became interested in Business Strategy and became a Strategic
Management Consultant. He did the Henley Strategy MBA. And for many years
focused on helping big corporate clients use strategy in their businesses.
After
becoming frustrated by the lack of progress because of corporate red tape, Mark adapted
his the strategic management approach for use in small business. He now
works exclusively with businesses with less than 10 employees. And he achieves
enormous success with them. Mark developed the StratPlan Wizard visual
strategic planning system for small-business.
